Q: How do I contact Eat To Grow, Incorporated?

A:You can fill out and submit an email on our Contact Us page, you may call the Corporate Office toll free at 800-795-2461, or you may call the office in your local area. Individual office contact numbers can be found on the Contact Us page.


Q: Where does Eat To Grow Deliver?

A: We can ship anywhere in the Continental U.S., using UPS and FedEx shipping. Please see our Shipping page to see more information. Eat To Grow is currently unable to ship products outside of the United States.


Q: How will my order be shipped?

A: Note that shipping and handling on all orders will be assessed based on total quantity. You will receive an estimate through the UPS shipping calculator during checkout process. If you are within driving range of one our distribution centers, your order will be delivered to your door for no extra charge! If your order must be sent through UPS then it will be shipped overnight in special packaging with dry ice to keep the products frozen. Please make sure you will be available for delivery.


Q: Where does the product come from?


A: All poultry, beef, bison, and turkey products distributed by Eat To Grow, Inc. come from the North America, and our seafood products come from a wide variety of national and international locations to ensure you receive the very best quality, regardless of seasonal changes. We receive fresh, frozen shipments each week from the processing and packaging facilities located in New York, Miami, Seattle, Maryland, and Chicago, and then deliver it directly to your door - cutting out the grocery store "middle man."


Q: Are the products inspected and guaranteed?


A: Yes! All products are USDA inspected on sight at the processing facility. All of our Beef selections are either USDA Choice or USDA Prime. Your independent distributor of Eat To Grow, Inc. guarantees the meats you purchase against freezer burn for 12 months from the date of your company receipt or online order. The entire unused portion must be returned in its original packaging for this guarantee to be valid. A written request for rescinded orders must be received by the corporate office within 3 (three) days, excluding Sunday, and by midnight of the third business day of purchase by Certified Mail - pending cleared funds. Q: How are the products frozen and packaged?


A: All products are portion-cut by experienced butchers and then flash frozen at the peak of flavor. They are then individually vacuum sealed to lock in flavor and freshness.


Q: Will I have enough freezer space?


A: The product is all portion-cut and individually wrapped, so when it is removed from the exterior boxes, it's easily arranged in any normal refrigerator-freezer, chest freezer, or upright freezer.


Q: Are the meats organic?


A: While none of our products contain antibiotics, steroids, or hormones, most are not certified organic. Many of our products, including our Chicken, Turkey and Bison are All Natural and raised solely on vegetable or forage diets. Q: Are the numbers printed on the meat's packaging a date?


A: The date code stamped on the product packaging is the packaged date and it is a "Julian Calendar Date" which is a continuous counting of days from January 1, 4713 BC, and is different from our traditional "Gregorian Calendar" that we are all familiar with. This is a computer generated date at the time of packaging. All Eat To Grow distribution centers receive new, flash-frozen shipments weekly, and the one year guarantee from Eat To Grow covers the product you purchase from your purchase date, regardless of when it is packaged.
